Suggestion #2

Hello there,
I am new here, as you may notice from my profile's registration date. However, I do
have a suggestion for the site.
Perhaps each person should have a single, main account? Their main account
can store the links to their character accounts, and mostly remain out of character
while the character accounts usually stay in roleplay threads.
This keeps things more organized, and staff can be recognized easily if they
were given staff permission on their main account. Characters that die off,
wish to be archived, etc. can be deleted if asked by the member, but if
they currently only had one character, they wouldn't be able to access the
forum until they have another character in mind to register as.
Having a main account will ensure that the member who wanted to remove/delete
their character will still be able to access the forums for updates and OOC
speech until they have come up with another character to register as. And,
of course, they can always delete the link to that character account once it
has been removed from the site.
Both can message others, though it is preferred that questions
are asked via main account, while the character account messages
about plot ideas, partner concerns, or any other questions in relation
to roleplay.
This is only my suggestion, and in no way should it intentionally sound
demanding. It is staff's choice to consider or take down this suggestion,
and I'll respect the answer either way.
Thank you,
Indarra
